Iruaku is our newest development in Anambra State, at Ifite, Awka. It is planned as a secured community from the first day: perimeter fencing and a gate, a drainage system, earth roads, street lights and landscaped gardens.
Plots are 464 m². For the prelaunch they are offered at ₦25,000,000 against an actual price of ₦30,000,000.
