Prices are in naira, per plot, and are correct on the date shown. Prelaunch prices apply for a limited period and may end without notice; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing when you subscribe.

Where a price is described as all-inclusive, the inclusions are stated beside it. Anything not stated is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Where we state the title documents issued with a plot, they are the documents you will receive on completion of payment. We encourage every buyer to have their own lawyer review them, and we will make the estate's documents available to your lawyer on request.

Make payments only into accounts in the name of Xtra Realtors Limited, and only after confirming the account details with one of our offices by telephone. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If anyone does, call us on +234 704 700 1504 before you pay.
