05Where we came from
We grew. The way we build had to grow with us.
Xtra Realty began within the PWAN system, building relationships, serving investors and learning the realities of Nigeria’s property market.
But the market was changing. The expectations of investors were changing. The future of property ownership was changing.
We realised that continuing to grow required more than a new identity. It required a clearer point of view about the kind of developer we wanted to become.
So we evolved. From PWAN Xtra to Xtra Realty.
Not to leave our experience behind, but to build on it — with greater independence, greater intention and a stronger commitment to the places and communities we develop.
