What we collect when you contact us through this site, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to make us stop.

01Who we are
Xtra Realtors Limited, trading as Xtra Realty, of 23 Rasheed Olayiwola Close, Peaceland Estate, Lekki–Epe Expressway, Majek, Eti-Osa LGA, Lagos State, is the data controller for information collected through this site. You can reach us about your data at [email protected].
We process personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
02What we collect
Only what a form asks for, plus the technical information any web server records.
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, phone number, email, what you are interested in, the estate you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Realtor applications: the above, plus your city and any experience you tell us about.
- Technical: IP address, browser user agent and the page you arrived from, logged with the submission so we can identify abuse.
03Why we hold it
To respond to you, arrange site inspections, and prepare or perform a contract you have asked us about. We do not ask permission to reply to a message you sent us.
Marketing is separate and consent-based. The marketing box on our forms is unticked by default and declining it changes nothing about the service you receive.
04Who we share it with
Our own offices, so that the right team can answer you, and our professional advisers — solicitors and surveyors — where you have instructed us on a purchase. Our email and messaging providers process data on our behalf under contract.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to other developers or agents.
05How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase: 24 months from our last contact. Completed purchases: for as long as our legal, tax and documentation obligations to you require.
06Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
07Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this notice will be updated before it is switched on.
