Our first community projects are being documented now. Each one will be published here with what we committed to, its status and photographs of the work.
02The 1-for-2 commitment
Two trees for every one we cut.
For every tree we cut during estate development, we plant two more. Conscious development isn’t something we say. It’s the standard every site is held to.

03Annual impact report
Annual Impact Report
Every January, we publish the full year’s numbers — trees, green space, drainage, community projects — aggregated and reviewed.
The first report, covering 2026, will be published in January 2027.
